GOTS - Global Organic Textile Standard<\/u><\/strong><\/a><\/h3>

The GOTS is recognized as the world\u2019s leading processing standard for textiles made from organic fibers. It defines high level environmental criteria along the entire organic textile supply chain and it requires compliance with social and environmental criteria. Our supplie is audited to ensure that our products do not contain animal derived ingredients, and to ensure our products have not been tested on animals.<\/p>

OEKO-TEX - Standard 100 (Annex 4 & 6)<\/u><\/strong><\/a><\/h3>

The OEKO-TEX standard 100 is a worldwide independent testing and certification system for textile manufacturing. Standard 100 tests raw materials, semi-finished and end products at all stages of processing.<\/p>

OEKO-TEX DETOX TO ZERO Compliant<\/u><\/strong><\/a><\/h3>

Peachgoat's supplier has partnered with Greenpeace and OEKO-TEX to be compliant with The Greenpeace Textile Procurement Standard. This means that there is no discharge of hazardous chemicals, resulting from the Detox campaign. They use the best third party tools and standards that are now available for textiles manufacturing facilities to address hazardous chemicals and ensure full supply chain transparency. Our supplier is the first dedicated printer to implement Greenpeace\u2019s Standard.<\/strong> Using renewable energy, organic material, and avoiding hazardous chemicals in the print and dye stage, which is verified by third party auditors. Their innovation by designing out waste, and using it as a resource to make new products, demonstrates what fashion detox looks like. It also helps raise funds and awareness for Greenpeace to continue to campaign for a toxic free future.<\/p>

SA8000 - Social Accountability International<\/u><\/strong><\/a><\/h3>

SA8000 is the leading social certification standard for factories and organisations across the globe. SA8000 is based on the principles of international human rights. It measures the performance of companies in eight areas important to social accountability in the workplace: child labour, forced labour, health and safety, free association and collective bargaining, discrimination, disciplinary practices, working hours and compensation.<\/p>

Fairtrade FLOCERT<\/u><\/strong><\/a><\/h3>

FLOCERT focuses on creating confidence throughout supply chains by ensuring that supply chains meet the social, environmental and economic standards set by Fairtrade International.<\/p>

WRAP Platinum - Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production<\/u><\/strong><\/a><\/h3>

WRAP is the world\u2019s largest independent certification program mainly focused on the apparel, footwear and sewn products sectors. Becoming a WRAP certified facility involves a collaborative approach to social compliance certification.<\/p>

GRS - Global Recycling Standard<\/u><\/strong><\/a><\/h3>

The GRS is an international, voluntary, full product standard that sets requirements for third-party certification of recycled content, chain of custody, social and environmental practices and chemical restrictions. The GRS is intended to meet the needs of companies looking to verify the recycled content of their products and to verify responsible social, environmental and chemical practices within production.<\/p>

IGBC Green factory (Platinum)<\/u><\/strong><\/a><\/h3>

The Indian green building council green factory program recognises the best in class building strategies and practices. IGBC green factory buildings is the first rating programme developed in India, exclusively for the industrial sector that is to ensure that an existing or upcoming project incorporates the finest green building practices that would ensure sustainable enhanced operation and processes.<\/p>

Going beyond the certificates<\/u><\/strong><\/a><\/h3>

Our supplier voluntarily contributes to a living wage top up for supply chain workers. This is monitored by their compliance team, independently by Social Accountability International at payslip level, and in person by Greenpeace Inspectors.<\/p>

Greenpeace<\/u><\/a> audited our supply chain and built their global textile standard with our supply chain as an example of how clothing manufacturing should be done:<\/p>
